Job summary

The Disability Service is recruiting for a hybrid, Monday–Friday role providing PIP assessments in a professional setting with time built in for breaks, CPD, and team meetings. You will deliver face-to-face, virtual, and telephone assessments and produce paper reports, while managing your own caseload across a range of conditions.

The full-time training lasts five weeks, with a starting salary of £39,500 rising to £40,500 on DWP approval and potential performance bonuses pushing OTE to around

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.
• At least one year of experience after qualification.
• Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PIP assessments (face-to-face, virtual, telephone) and paper-based reports (PBR).
• Manage your own caseloads with autonomy and deliver high-quality evaluations.
• Assess a full range of conditions including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive impairments.
