Donard Recruitment Ltd is hiring for a role delivering government disability allowance assessments (PIP). The position offers hybrid working, a Monday–Friday schedule and structured hours with time allocated for breaks, CPD and team meetings.

Starting salary is £39,500 rising to £40,500 on DWP approval, with performance bonuses making OTE around £44,550. 25 days’ holiday rising to 27 with service, plus pension, life assurance and wellbeing programmes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and IT literacy are essential.
• Ability to manage own caseload with autonomy and organisation.
• Experience delivering comprehensive assessments is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive PIP assessments face-to-face, virtually or by telephone.
• Produce initial review calls and paper-based reports (PBR).
• Assess a full range of conditions, including physical, sensory, mental, and cognitive impairments.
