Job summary

Donard Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for professionals to deliver disability assessments for government programmes. The role offers hybrid working and a Monday to Friday schedule, enabling a better work-life balance with no shift patterns.

You will perform face-to-face, virtual and telephone assessments, handle initial review calls and produce paper-based reports (PBR) while managing your own caseload and the full spectrum of conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and IT literacy are required.
• Qualified professionals (Nurse/OT/PT/Paramedic) with registration.
• At least one year of post-qualification experience.
• Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive disability assessments for government programmes.
• Deliver face-to-face, virtual and telephone assessments and paper-based reports (PBR).
• Manage own caseloads and assess a wide range of conditions.
