Bosch Rexroth is seeking an Area Development Manager for Mobile Applications to drive sales, profitability and market share in the UK and Ireland. You will coordinate cross-functional resources, analyze market potential and prioritise key opportunities across OEMs, distributors and partners.

The role requires travel across the region, strong negotiation skills and the ability to translate customer needs into value-led solutions within the Mobile Applications portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales, business development or account management.
• Strong knowledge of mobile hydraulic systems, electronic controls, automation and electrification.
• Experience with territory and strategic account planning, complex quotations and contract reviews.

Responsabilités

• Maintain expert knowledge of mobile hydraulics, electronic controls, electrification, automation, telematics and digital services.
• Develop and execute an area business plan aligned with the UK and Ireland sales strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, engineering teams and procurement stakeholders.
