Job summary

Bosch Rexroth HydraForce in Birmingham, UK, seeks an experienced engineer to deliver technical and applications advice to customers and internal teams, coordinating with field personnel to ensure accurate information and successful project ownership.

You will review design requests, support regional sales, manage developments from inception to end of life, and mentor apprentices while aligning with ISO/PPAP requirements and lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Off-Highway/Construction hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of PPAP and lean manufacturing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process system design requests for new applications.
• Support regional sales within customer-facing activities.
• Project manage developments from inception to end of life.
• Propose cost-effective hydraulic solutions and advise on system requirements.
• Answer technical questions on hydraulic products and applications.
• Provide onsite training and field support for hydraulic systems.
