Bosch Rexroth invites graduates to join a 24‑month placement in Scheduling, Customer Service and Supply Chain. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across Supply Chain, Purchasing and Procurement while contributing to audits, demand planning and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth insight into Bosch Rexroth's Supply Chain functions.
• Undertake technical, project and operational tasks.
• Support audits and essential revalidations.
• Assist delivery against service levels and OT​D targets.
• Engage with customers and internal manufacturing for order book management.
• Record-keeping, demand planning, stock transfers and inquiries.

Graduate Placement - Supply Chain - Scheduling - Customer Service (24 months)

• To acquire an in-depth insight and understanding of the Supply Chain function within Bosch Rexroth with the possibility of being placed in various areas within the Supply Chain, Purchasing and Procurement environment.
• Undertaking technical and project tasks along with operational and strategic responsibilities.
• Together with us, you will gain experience of our diverse product and service portfolio and get to know the Supply Chain business as well as our internal development processes.
• Provide key support to audits and essential revalidations.
• Support supply chain teams with their objective to deliver constantly high availability of products, as per the agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with customers and internal manufacturing to support OTD to our customer base through order book management and engagement.
• Keeping accurate records, setting up new lines, demand planning, transferring stock and answering calls and enquiries
• Project work for inventory & cost reduction measures
• Process concessions for logistics issues
• Range reviews, data tracking and price comparisons

Your profile

• Education: Master’s degree in supply chain management / business and/or Engineering
• A rising star looking for a fulfilling career with Supply Chain industry
• Software and IT knowledge: Preferably experience or knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system, Conversant in Microsoft office products.
• Experience and know-how: Challenging industrial internships or initial work experience in a technical environment.
• Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, high level of self-motivation and commitment, enjoys contact with customers and suppliers, enjoys new ideas, goal and result orientated and a team player.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel at home and abroad
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate, with sound knowledge of Microsoft packages
