Job summary
Bosch Rexroth in the United Kingdom is seeking an Area Development Manager for Mobile Applications to drive sales, profitability and market share in the assigned territory.
You will identify opportunities, win new business and expand strategic customer relationships while coordinating commercial and technical activities across hydraulics, electronic controls, automation, electrification and digital solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development or account management.
- Strong knowledge of mobile hydraulics, electronic controls, automation and electrification.
- Experience in territory and strategic account planning, complex quotations and contract review.
- Proficient with CRM, SAP or equivalent systems and Microsoft Office; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and acquire new business within the assigned UK&I area.
- Develop and execute an area business plan aligned with sales strategy.
- Coordinate sales, application engineering, product management, service and operations to deliver customer outcomes.
- Manage RFQs and projects from opportunity through quotation and production.
- Promote the Mobile Applications portfolio through value-based selling.
