Job summary

Redline Group is seeking a Field Application Engineering Manager - EMEA to lead engineering support for customers across Europe from Crawley, with hybrid working. You will guide pre-sales activities, product demonstrations and collaboration with sales and global engineering teams.

The role demands strong technical leadership in LCD displays, HMI hardware and embedded systems, plus mentoring a growing FAE team and travel across EMEA. A degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field/Application/Applications Engineering or customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of LCD displays and HMI hardware.
• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading or mentoring an engineering/FAE team.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engineering support across the EMEA customer base.
• Provide pre-sales, RFQ and technical support, including product demonstrations and customer presentations.
• Identify customer requirements and develop effective HMI, display and embedded technology solutions.
• Manage engineering projects, resources, documentation and forecasting across EMEA.
• Lead, develop and mentor the growing FAE team.
• Work closely with global engineering, sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Support EOL management, new product development and technical training.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Travel internationally across EMEA and to other global locations as required.
