Job summary

Prima Group is seeking an Applications and Technology Support Analyst to support and develop key business systems, including housing management and repairs platforms. You will help maintain usability, analyze automation opportunities, and support users through implementations, testing, troubleshooting and training.

You will work in a flexible hybrid setup between home and Prima offices, participating in upgrades, privilege management and supplier escalations within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience with business systems and user support.
• Ability to analyse data and translate requirements into solutions.
• Experience with housing management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with upgrades and new implementations of technical nature.
• Manage users and access privileges within key systems.
• Produce training documentation and deliver training sessions.
• Triaging helpdesk tickets and applying fixes where possible.
• Use SQL and Power BI to provide data-driven solutions.
