The Institution of Structural Engineers in London is seeking an Applications Support Analyst to maintain and improve our core business systems, ensuring reliability and security for users across the organisation.

You will resolve application issues, maintain data quality, support system enhancements, and collaborate with suppliers to deliver an excellent user experience while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2nd-line application support experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or system configuration.
• Strong experience resolving incidents and service requests.
• Experience working with suppliers or 3rd party support teams.
• Experience in producing user guides or training materials would be advantageous.
