Job summary

Prima Group, a leading housing association in the North West, invites applications for the Applications and Technology Support Analyst role. The position offers flexible hybrid working between home and Prima offices (Columbus Quay or Twickenham Drive) and a salary of £28,000 per annum.

You will support housing management and repairs systems, assist in new implementations, troubleshoot issues, and respond to user queries from colleagues and suppliers.

Qualifications

• A Level standard or Equivalent required.
• ICT related degree desirable.
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist upgrades and new implementations of a technical nature.
• Manage users and access privileges within key systems.
• Produce training materials and deliver staff training sessions.
