Job summary

Intec Select Limited in Maidenhead is seeking an Applications Support Analyst to provide Level 1 support across core business applications, manage escalations, and contribute to improvements and transformation projects. You will work with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure systems remain effective and reliable.

Qualifications

Experience in application, IT or technical support.
Experience with systems integration, automation or transformation.
Experience producing reports or dashboards.
Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide L1 support and elevate complex L2/L3 issues.
Troubleshoot application, database and system issues.
Support application integration, automation and process improvements.
Manage software vendors, SaaS providers and service partners.
Maintain system documentation and architecture diagrams.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work.
