Job summary

BPM Tech in Leeds is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join a small, collaborative team providing technical support across a booking software platform. You will handle support queries from internal teams, customers and external users through Jira, email and a virtual agent, investigate issues and coordinate with internal teams and third parties to ensure resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support or helpdesk environments.
• Familiar with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle support queries from internal teams, customers and external users via Jira, email and a virtual agent.
• Investigate issues, troubleshoot problems and coordinate with internal teams and third parties.
• Ensure fixes and queries are tracked through to resolution.
• Perform daily AM/PM checks and monitor/restart virtual agent services.
• Develop basic SQL troubleshooting knowledge over time.
