Job summary

Computershare Communications Services (CCS) in Bristol is hiring an Application Support Analyst. The role is based in the Bristol office for a minimum of three days a week, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

You will support business-critical applications and services, monitor performance and investigate incidents to ensure reliable client communications. You will collaborate with developers, infrastructure specialists and service delivery teams, taking ownership of systems

Qualifications

Experience in application support or IT operations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving.
Knowledge of Windows Server environments.
SQL querying skills.
Understanding of ITIL practices and change management.
Experience with monitoring and disaster recovery activities.

Responsibilities

Monitor applications, servers and automated workflows to ensure performance.
Investigate incidents and determine root causes.
Process client data files and support delivery of customer communications.
Support Windows server environments, releases and change activities.
Collaborate with developers and service delivery teams to resolve issues and deploy new solutions.
Contribute to disaster recovery activities and continuous improvement.
