Job summary

Rugby Borough Council is seeking an Application and Infrastructure Support Analyst to maintain core business applications, provide system administration and BAU support, and contribute to project delivery.

You will work across infrastructure and network services, ensure GDPR and cyber security compliance, and benefit from hybrid working up to 60% with a structured induction and ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical system administration, system development and BAU support for the Council's core business applications and digital services.
• Plan and deliver project activities and provide specialist technical advice to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Assist in the provision and support of Infrastructure and Network services and ensure systems underpinning applications remain effective and reliable.
• Work with Infrastructure Team to investigate and resolve issues and contribute to continual service improvement.
