Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking an Aftercare Coordinator for a hybrid role with 2 days weekly travel to Keele office. 37.5 hours per week, temporary contract, rate £13.41 per hour. You will register candidates, manage their assignments with our client, and ensure service levels are met.

You will handle aftercare tasks, support inbound lines, assist with pre-employment checks, and manage payroll and queries while maintaining strong customer service and organisational standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, customer contact, coordination, or recruitment role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong IT skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Working within our Aftercare department
• Managing inbound associate and client support phone line
• Manage candidates once they start with our client throughout their assignment.
• Support with pre-employment checks
• Payroll and query management via phone and mailbox
