Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a hybrid role near Diss. The position is part-time (30 hours per week) at £15 per hour, with some weekend cover in busier winter months.

You will support the operations team, respond to clients, expand the delivery partner network, verify job assignments daily, and manage site access and data reporting. Private healthcare and mileage allowance are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret site maps, tracking data, and site photos.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to update clients clearly.
• Proficiency with data tracking tools and Excel.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong working relationship with the operational team and provide support wherever needed.
• Respond promptly and confidently to clients.
• Work with operations through the summer months to build, extend and develop the delivery partner network and grow company capability.
• Check in daily to ensure all active jobs are assigned and accepted by teams, ready for delivery.
• Liaise with clients to check maps, areas and access.
• Review reports and liaise with delivery partners ensuring tracking and data are completed.
• Manage site access issues.
