Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using databases and electronic record systems.
• Experience handling technical, engineering, maintenance or compliance documentation.
• A technical background, ideally within aviation, aerospace, engineering, automotive or another regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain aircraft maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Enter, validate and update maintenance data within airworthiness and maintenance management systems.
• Conduct technical logbook checks and maintenance transaction audits.
• Scan, archive and electronically file engineering documentation.
• Support airworthiness reviews and audit activities.
• Publish and control approved engineering documentation.
• Download and archive aircraft flight data.
• Ensure documentation packs are complete and accurate for operational activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the technical records function.
• Assist with training and knowledge sharing within the team.
