Job summary

MERITUS is recruiting a Data Administrator to join our client in the aerospace and defence sector at Brize Norton. The role offers hybrid working with 60% onsite attendance and BPSS clearance with SC clearance to continue employment.

You will maintain accuracy of technical and maintenance records, process documentation, and support audits in a highly regulated environment. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within an administration, data entry or records management position.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of data accurately.
• Experience handling technical documentation and controlled records.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using database and management systems.
• Experience entering, validating and maintaining data within business systems.
• Ability to conduct audits and identify data discrepancies.
• Experience scanning, filing and archiving documentation electronically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of technical and maintenance records.
• Process documentation and enter/validate maintenance data.
• Support audits and ensure records are stored and archived per procedures.
• Work with operational and engineering teams to manage large volumes of paperwork.
• Update maintenance management systems and assist compliance activities.
