Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking an experienced Administrator to step into an Operations Co-ordinator role in the Milton Keynes area. The role requires excellent attention to detail and some project exposure in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Initial office-based work with a pathway to hybrid arrangements after probation. A competitive salary of up to £30,000 is offered along with a benefits package that supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy office environment with strong attention to detail.
• Able to support multiple operational functions and liaise with engineers, contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Take maintenance calls and coordinate responses from tenants, clients and contractors.
• Log and manage maintenance jobs from start to finish.
• Prioritise reactive maintenance and assign the right person to each job.
• Obtain quotations and arrange works.
• Raise purchase orders and process invoices.
• Keep job records and documentation accurate and up-to-date.
• Chase outstanding jobs to ensure timely completion.
