Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months in an accounts payable role in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using a finance system; working knowledge of Oracle is highly desirable.
• Detailed understanding of Accounts Payable processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling invoices to booking in sheets.
• Resolving supplier queries and invoices.
• IssuingDebit notes and following through to resolution.
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Actioning correspondence on overdue accounts.
