Job summary

THG PLC, a global ecommerce group, is seeking an Account Liaison Officer for its Manufacturing division in the UK. You will serve as the main operational conduit between external co-manufacturing partners and internal site teams, driving day-to-day execution and end-to-end order tracking.

You will coordinate with Planning, Production, Materials, Quality and Dispatch to ensure forecasts, POs and schedules are aligned, while maintaining proactive customer communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, client liaison or production administration (FMCG preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/MRP or ordering portals.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary operational contact for day-to-day customer enquiries regarding production updates and dispatch schedules.
• Prepare and participate in regular operational update calls with customers, providing visibility on order status and milestones.
• Collaborate with internal factory teams to ensure client requirements are understood and executed smoothly.
• Escalate bottlenecks or supply chain issues and communicate resolutions to customers.
