Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a senior leader to head Enterprise Fulfilment Accounts in Manchester, acting as the executive interface between tier-one clients and our fulfilment operations. You will drive governance, SLAs, and strategic business planning, partnering with warehouse operations and IT to deliver high-volume eCommerce fulfilment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading front-facing operational account management for tier-one global brands.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel fulfilment and eCommerce logistics.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to interpret commercial agreements into operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client account management and governance for enterprise clients.
• Oversee peak planning and capacity modelling with client supply chain leaders.
• Collaborate with site leaders to ensure SLA delivery and continuous improvement.
• Monitor contractual scope and translate changes into actionable operational plans.
