Job summary

THG Manufacturing, part of THG PLC, seeks a Customer Services Manager to lead day-to-day customer liaison for co-manufacturing. You will coordinate with Production, Planning, Materials, Quality and Finance to ensure on-time, in-full fulfillment and clear customer communication.

The role requires strong communication, data accuracy, and experience in FMCG/manufacturing. A hybrid work model with on-site Manchester operations is offered, plus extensive leave and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or supply chain coordination role within FMCG/manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High accuracy in order processing and data maintenance.
• Familiarity with production workflows and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational conduit between external co-manufacturing partners and internal site functions (Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality).
• Drive day-to-day order tracking, clear customer communication, and end-to-end schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with internal factory teams to capture customer requirements and ensure execution.
• Translate customer purchase orders into production and planning schedules in THG systems.
• Raise and monitor production orders within THG’s Ingenuity platform and assist portal setups.
