Job summary

Pod Talent is seeking a Customer Collaboration Specialist for a London-based, hybrid role (3 days in the office). You will act as the primary supply chain contact for key retail customers, collaborating with Sales, Demand Planning and Supply Chain to drive OTIF and service excellence.

You will build strong relationships, lead reviews, analyse metrics, and support initiatives to improve stock availability and forecast accuracy with major UK retailers including Amazon.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Collaboration role in an FMCG environment.
• Strong understanding of customer service levels, forecasting, and promotional planning.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customer supply chain teams as the key contact for service and operational matters.
• Manage the 0-13 week execution horizon ensuring stock availability and forecast accuracy.
• Lead regular customer reviews and collaborate on initiatives to improve service levels and efficiency.
• Analyse performance metrics such as OTIF, service levels, availability and forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver projects.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste and enhancing customer experience.
