Job summary

Veriforce CHAS is seeking an Account Executive in Cardiff to manage a client portfolio, drive retention and renewals, and identify growth opportunities. You will build relationships with key stakeholders, oversee the end-to-end client journey, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will thrive on managing multiple priorities, communicating effectively, and leveraging CRM tools to keep clients engaged and informed about value delivered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer success or key account environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Confident communicator with strong influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of clients, building strong relationships with key contacts.
• Own the client journey from onboarding through renewal and growth.
• Hold regular client reviews to ensure value and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with teams to deliver a great customer experience.
• Spot and develop opportunities for growth and reconnect with clients where engagement has dropped.
