Job summary

Future Publishing Limited is seeking an Affiliate Account Executive in Cardiff for a hybrid role. You will build and manage a portfolio of mid/top-tier partners, negotiate voucher codes, and drive revenue through client development and new opportunities.

You will report to the Affiliate Director and work on securing high-value placements, maintaining strong partner relationships and analysing performance to optimise results.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in client-facing roles.
• Strong negotiating and selling skills with sales-cycle experience.
• Solid understanding of digital sales and marketing principles.
• Good grasp of e-commerce and online shopping trends.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC and CRM channels and tools.
• Clear partner management and productivity maximisation.
• Confident and concise presentation skills both internally and externally.
• Positive, collaborative mindset with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate relationships with mid/top-tier and growth accounts.
• Negotiate best-in-market voucher codes and placements.
• Drive revenue through client development and new opportunities.
• Support Affiliate Director in leading commercial initiatives.
• Analyze advertiser performance and benchmark against competitors.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with detailed reporting and insights.
• Maintain and optimise site content to maximise conversions.
• Oversee affiliate tracking, CPA rates and queries.
