Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, recruitment, business development, account management or contractor engagement.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Ability to engage confidently with clients, contractors and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness with ability to identify mutually valuable opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients to understand upcoming projects, contractor requirements and supply chain challenges.
• Engage with contractors across the network, identifying opportunities and maintaining strong levels of participation and engagement.
• Match client opportunities with suitable contractors, facilitating introductions and supporting successful connections.
• Drive adoption of the contractor marketplace by promoting its value, gathering user feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with Account Management, Product, Marketing and Business Development teams to support marketplace growth and enhance the client and contractor experience.
