Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Account Coordinator in Reading to manage sales operations and order fulfilment for assigned accounts. You will provide high-level service, resolve order issues, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer commitments.

Hybrid role, require practical knowledge of ERP and Hatch portal, with emphasis on data accuracy and timely communication. UK GDPR and data protection awareness are essential in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment is desirable.
• Experience in a sales operations role is desirable.
• Experience within IT or IT manufacturing environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Accept, process and record customer orders, ensuring documents are complete before booking.
• Schedule, facilitate and moderate cross-functional meetings to review order status and issues.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Account Management and customers to resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles in the ERP system before publishing to Hatch portal.
• Identify order process improvements and update customer workflows to reduce errors.
