Job summary

The Pilot Group is seeking an Accounts Operation Executive in Manchester. The role supports Account Managers, processes quotes and orders, handles administration, and coordinates with suppliers, warehouses and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent service.

You will assist with quotes and price lists, maintaining strong customer relationships while working in a hybrid setup with three office days per week.

Qualifications

• Supports Account Managers in driving sales and maintaining customer relationships.
• Process quotes and orders, manage administration and coordinate with suppliers and warehouses.
• Provide quotes, price lists and perform general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve supply or data-related discrepancies.
• Clear guidance and communication with your account manager to support customers and suppliers.
• Complete quotes and process orders efficiently and accurately in a timely manner.
• Manage internal and external communications (Mailbox/Telephony).
• Support other areas of the business on an ad hoc basis when required.
