Job summary

AHEAD is seeking an Account Coordinator to independently manage sales operations and order fulfilment for assigned accounts. The role involves high-level service, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to meet customer commitments.

You will ensure compliance with UK/EU/US regulations, maintain ERP data accuracy, and support the Hatch portal publishing process in a hybrid setup with at least two days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment desirable.
• Experience in a sales operations role desirable.
• Experience within an IT or IT manufacturing environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Accept, process and record customer orders, verifying documents before booking.
• Schedule, facilitate, and moderate cross-functional meetings to review order status and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to resolve change requests and analyze customer requests.
• Facilitate communication between Product Engineering, Account Management, and external customers to resolve queries.
• Identify order process improvement opportunities and update customer workflows.
• Maintain customer profiles in the ERP system prior to publishing on Hatch portal.
• Undertake other duties as requested by the Customer Service Manager.
