Job summary

Leidos is seeking a 2nd Line Engineer Team Lead in Huntingdon on a hybrid basis. You will lead JUNO 2nd Line Engineers, allocate tasks, manage incidents and SLAs, and collaborate with 3rd line and vendors to keep services running.

The role emphasizes people leadership, mentoring, and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders. A High DV Developed Vetting clearance is required to support critical operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 2nd line engineering teams.
• Track record of incident management and SLA delivery.
• DV vetting clearance (High) or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and improve services.
• Allocate workforce and resources to triage, diagnose, and resolve requests within SLAs.
• Monitor SD+ to ensure JUNO tickets are prioritized and completed on time.
• Mentor and guide JUNO 2nd Line engineers in their career development.
• Escalate incidents to Level 3 when necessary and keep stakeholders informed.
• Lead JUNO team tasks and priorities to maintain capacity.
