• 2-3 years' experience in a similar SLA-driven support role.
• Strong experience with networking equipment and technologies.
• SC clearance or ability to obtain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Perform log analysis, configuration changes, device upgrades, and backups.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve critical incidents.
• Support Service Desk and 1st Line Engineers.
• Maintain technical knowledge and accreditations.
