Job summary
International Logistics Group is seeking an IT Support Technician in Hardingstone, Northampton. The role focuses on providing 1st line IT support for internal users and external clients, with responsibilities spanning system administration, on-site and remote support, and collaboration with IT providers.

Qualifications
- Experience providing 1st line IT support across multiple technologies.
- Experience configuring Windows PCs including AD and MS 365.
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and CSV work.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- System administration, maintenance and support for deployed business applications.
- On-site hardware support.
- Remote support and troubleshooting.
- Support internal projects as assigned.
- Maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders and 3rd party IT providers.
- Participate in the on-call rota.
