Job summary
International Logistics Group in Hardingstone, Northampton, is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver 1st line IT support and maintain business-facing applications. You will work Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, 40 hours per week, supporting internal users and external clients. Ideal candidates have AD, MS 365, Excel, SQL, ITIL, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. The role offers a strong benefits package including pension and health plans.
Qualifications
IT support and problem-solving across multiple technologies.
Experience configuring Windows PCs including AD and MS 365.
Advanced Excel with CSVs and macros.
Strong communication and teamwork.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience with IT service management/helpdesk.
Right to work in the UK and DBS check.
Responsibilities
Provide 1st line IT support to internal users and external clients.
System administration and support for deployed business-facing applications.
On-site hardware support.
Deliver remote support and troubleshooting.
Support internal projects as assigned.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders and third-party IT service providers.
Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
Travel to sites as required.
