Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to own and deliver high-value HVDC transformer projects from handover to final delivery and customer acceptance. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality and logistics in a global matrix setting, ensuring scope, cost and schedule commitments are met.

Qualifications

Experience delivering complex, high-value customer-facing engineering projects.
Proven track record from contract handover to delivery and acceptance.
Strong financial and commercial awareness including budgets and forecasts.
Practical knowledge of risk, change and issue management.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organisation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

Own HVDC transformer projects from handover to delivery and acceptance.
Lead multiple projects or packages with clear plans and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality and logistics.
Manage budgets, forecasts, costs and margins within scope.
Develop schedules, delivery plans and contingency actions.
Provide accurate reporting on progress, costs and risks.
