Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex, high-value, customer-facing engineering, equipment or manufacturing projects.
• Experience taking ownership of projects from contract or handover through to delivery and customer acceptance.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness, including budgets, costs and forecasts.
• Practical knowledge of project risk, change and issue management.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams within a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of HVDC transformer projects from handover through to delivery and customer acceptance.
• Lead multiple projects or equipment packages concurrently with clear plans and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and other functions.
• Manage project financial performance including budgets and costs within scope.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and contingency actions.
• Monitor scope and changes, ensuring commercial or delivery implications are managed.
