Daikin Applied (UK) Ltd is seeking a Service Management lead to enhance the UK service technical team, directly supervise UK field supervisors, and drive growth of the technician team. You will oversee productivity, margin, and project control while developing a connected service strategy and a new “virtual visit” approach.

You will support the service, sales and aftersales teams with technical questions, working with factories and clients to ensure exceptional service.

Competenze

• Mechanical Engineering Degree level qualification preferred (not essential).
• Experience within HVAC or similar service industry in a management position.
• Business administration and management qualification – level 3 upwards.

Mansioni

• Work closely with the Technical Team to maintain contact with the sales and aftersales market.
• Manage and guide the UK field supervisors.
• Develop and train apprentices and create training plans for commercial and service teams.
• Support across products for commercial, projects, warranty and service teams.
• Monitor DOS with the DOS team on a daily basis and flag issues.
• Support chiller data technical solutions and tender assistance through to client sign-off.
• Time management with planning and organisational skills to meet tight deadlines.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ensure work is carried out to HSE and UK legislation standards.
