Job summary

Daikin UK Ltd in Bristol is seeking an experienced AC Service Engineer to join our busy helpdesk. You will move from field-based faults to a fully office-based technical support role, handling aftersales queries and guiding customers through fault investigation.

You’ll interpret electrical schematics and refrigerant diagrams, diagnose issues with splits, VRVs, chillers and heat pumps, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience on HVAC systems (splits, VRVs, chillers/heat pumps).
• Skilled in fault diagnosis and providing clear customer guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality aftersales technical support to customers.
• Refer to electrical schematics and refrigerant diagrams to guide fault investigation.
• Maintain an exceptional level of customer satisfaction with a market-leading service.
