Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD seeks an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead day-to-day service and maintenance for a growing client base from the Crawley office.

You will oversee a team of 23 engineers plus 12 approved engineers, drive performance and service quality, and nurture client relationships to identify opportunities for remedial works and contract extensions.

Position: HVAC Service Manager
Location: Crawley
Salary: £60,000 - 70,000

Working with a growing and well-respected HVAC Contractor based in Sussex, with a national presence. Been operational for over 12 years and seen growth year on year, currently turn over £10 million, and have plans to reach £13m. Due to operational growth and plans, they're seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to support the business's growth.

Day-to-day, the HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day service and maintenance operations across the company's client base, working from the company's Crawley office. Managing a team of 23 engineers, alongside a network of 12 approved engineers, you will ensure all service activities are delivered efficiently, safely and to a consistently high standard.

You will be responsible for driving engineer performance, productivity and service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and contractual requirements are met. The role will also involve maintaining and developing strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for remedial works and contract extensions, and continually improving operational processes to support the ongoing growth of the business.
