Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to oversee day-to-day service and maintenance operations from the Crawley office, managing a team of 23 engineers and a network of 12 approved engineers. The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality service and meeting contractual requirements.

You will drive performance, identify opportunities for remedial works and contract extensions, and continually improve processes to support the company’s growth in Sussex and nationally.

Qualifications

• Proven service management experience.
• HVAC technical background.
• Proven client-facing / customer service experience.
• Leadership skills.
• Experience of service and maintenance contract framework and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service and maintenance operations across the client base.
• Drive engineer performance, productivity and service quality.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities for remedial works.
