Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to oversee day-to-day service and maintenance operations from the Crawley office, managing a team of 23 engineers and a network of 12 approved engineers. The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality service and meeting contractual requirements.

You will drive performance, identify opportunities for remedial works and contract extensions, and continually improve processes to support the company’s growth in Sussex and nationally.

Position: HVAC Service Manager Location: Crawley Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 Working with a growing and well-respected HVAC Contractor based in Sussex, with a national presence. Been operational for over 12 years and seen growth year on year, currently turn over £10 million, and have plans to reach £13m. Due to operational growth and plans, they're seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to support the business's growth.

Day-to-day, the HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day service and maintenance operations across the company's client base, working from the company's Crawley office. Managing a team of 23 engineers, alongside a network of 12 approved engineers, you will ensure all service activities are delivered efficiently, safely and to a consistently high standard.

You will be responsible for driving engineer performance, productivity and service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and contractual requirements are met. The role will also involve maintaining and developing strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for remedial works and contract extensions, and continually improving operational processes to support the ongoing growth of the business.
