My client, a Wimbledon-based HVAC services provider, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to oversee day-to-day scheduling of a busy team of service engineers. The role focuses on coordinating planned maintenance, reactive calls and ensuring smooth communication between customers, engineers and internal teams.

You will manage engineer diaries, allocate workloads and maintain accurate service records to support efficient service delivery and invoicing.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a Service Coordinator or similar within HVAC.
• Experience scheduling mobile service engineers and managing diaries.
• Experience coordinating PPM and reactive breakdowns.
• Understanding HVAC service operations in buildings.
• Strong communication with engineers, customers and internal teams.
• Excellent organisational and IT skills.
• Proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Plan, schedule and coordinate HVAC service engineers across planned maintenance and reactive work.
• Manage engineer diaries and workloads to maximise productivity.
• Create and maintain service work orders with accurate instructions.
• Response to service requests and prioritise accordingly.
• Liaise with engineers, customers and internal teams on schedules and changes.
• Coordinate emergency callouts and adjust schedules as needed.
• Arrange parts and materials to support service work.
• Review engineer reports and paperwork for job closure and invoicing.
• Assist with quotations and service administration as required.
• Maintain accurate service records for the department.
