Job summary

Smart Search Technical Ltd in the Midlands is seeking an experienced HVAC sales professional to develop and manage opportunities across Derby, Milton Keynes, Redditch, Banbury and Leicester.

In this role you will coordinate engineers and subcontractors, prepare quotations, and drive projects from initial enquiry through to completion while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone with previous HVAC sales experience or a combination of sales and project management.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to manage customer relationships as well as projects. Excellent communication, organisation and commercial awareness; ability to work independently across the Midlands.

Location: Midlands - covering Derby, Milton Keynes, Redditch, Banbury and Leicester

Salary: £55,000 package including basic salary and bonus

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in HVAC sales, project management or a combination of both.

You should have a good understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to manage customer relationships as well as projects. Strong communication, organisation and commercial awareness are important, along with the ability to work independently across the Midlands.

• £55,000 package including basic salary and bonus

• No call-out rota
