Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is recruiting an HVAC Sales Manager for London & Home Counties to develop and expand existing accounts and win new business in commercial and industrial sectors.

Role requires strong HVAC/refrigeration sales experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a driving licence. Salary £50,000–£60,000 with a performance-related bonus, pension, and company car. 25 days holiday and long-term career progression offered.

• Commercially astute with strong contract and margin awareness.
• Full UK driving licence.

Position: HVAC Sales Manager
Location: London & Home Counties
Salary: £50,000 - 60,000

Our client is a well-established HVAC Contractor with over 30 years of experience and operating in the commercial sector.

The business specialises in Projects from concept and design through to installation, commissioning, and ongoing service support.

As part of continued growth, they're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and expand existing accounts and develop new business.

The role of the Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new project opportunities within commercial and industrial sectors while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.

The company operates across various specialist cooling systems such as; Plant and Commercial Radiators, Generator Cooling Systems, Industrial Coolers. AHUs, Calorifiers / Shell and tube heat exchangers and Plate Heat Exchangers

Job Requirements
