Location: Glossop (Hybrid, UK-wide travel)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + company car / car allowance + fuel card + Bonus

Engineering @365 is partnering with a specialist engineering business delivering HVAC, dehumidification, air handling, and building services projects across the UK. We are recruiting a Project Manager with experience in HVAC / mechanical / building services project delivery to manage projects from post-sale through installation and handover.

This role is ideal for an HVAC Project Manager, Building Services Project Manager, Mechanical Project Manager, or ex‑engineer who wants to influence project processes, contribute fresh ideas, and progress into a more senior PM role within the business.

Job Description:

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for end‑to‑end delivery of HVAC and dehumidification projects, acting as the main customer contact and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 15-20 live HVAC / building services projects concurrently.
  • Project values ranging from £15,000 to £3 million.
  • Act as the primary client interface from post-sale to installation completion.
  • Coordinate internal teams including design, engineering, and procurement.
  • Plan and manage installation activities, site schedules, and subcontractors.
  • Attend site as required to support installation, progress meetings, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain project programmes, documentation, and delivery paperwork.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practice within project delivery.
  • Work alongside an existing Project Manager, contributing ideas to enhance team processes and delivery.
Travel & Benefits:

UK-wide travel required, with company car or car allowance provided along with a fuel card.

Requirements / Skills:
  • Experience as a Project Manager within HVAC, building services, M&E, or mechanical engineering. OR An engineering background (HVAC / mechanical / building services) with strong project delivery experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, dehumidification equipment, installation processes, and site coordination.
  • Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organised, process-driven, and confident introducing new ways of working.
  • Willingness to travel to UK sites as required.
