Qualifikationen

• Experience in a Business Development or Sales Manager role within HVAC.
• Strong understanding of commercial/industrial HVAC systems and services.
• Proven track record of winning new business and meeting targets.
• Established relationships across HVAC, M&E, construction or building services.
• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in HVAC and building services markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants and end users.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline, identifying projects and opportunities.
• Promote HVAC products and services across commercial and industrial sectors.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits and networking events.
• Work with technical teams to tailor HVAC solutions to customer needs.
• Prepare quotations and commercial tenders; negotiate terms to win contracts.
• Develop strategic account plans to maximise retention and grow revenue.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular pipeline forecasts to management.
