CBRE Group, Inc. in Darlington is seeking an HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services.

The role involves identifying risks, implementing preventative maintenance programs, working with BMS to maintain environment conditions, and supplying fault finding on HVAC systems including VRV and F-Gas handling. You will support safety initiatives and energy champion duties while coordinating with the client and team.

Qualifikationen

• Recognition of on-site HVAC maintenance responsibilities.
• Ability to fault find on HVAC plant and equipment, including VRV systems.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and coordinating safety on site.

Aufgaben

• Identify and manage on-site equipment risks, including spares and performance improvements, via the BMS and efficient running of plant and equipment.
• Maintain environmental conditions on site through the BMS and deliver compliant PPM tasks.
• Fault find on HVAC plant and equipment with emphasis on VRV systems and F-Gas handling.
• Support Health and Safety and perform Energy Champion and Safety Champion duties for the site.
• Provide Electrical and Mechanical expertise to the Maintenance team and assist in daily planning via CAFM.
