Job summary

CBRE Local UK is seeking an HVAC Engineer to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services on-site in Winchester. The role requires fault finding, carrying out preventative maintenance, and maintaining a safe working environment in line with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance experience required.
• Strong fault-finding abilities.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and manage on-site teams.
• F-Gas handling knowledge and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks on site and improve plant performance.
• Maintain HVAC equipment and BMS-related environment conditions.
• Fault find on HVAC plant with focus on VRV systems.
• Work with refrigerants and ensure F-Gas compliance.
• Provide electrical and mechanical expertise to the maintenance team.
• Write risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Co-ordinate with supervisor and account manager for site issues.
• Liaise, plan, and deliver tasks via CAFM and daily calendars.
