CBRE Group, Inc. in Darlington is recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to join the Global Workplace Solutions team. You will carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on Heating & Air-Conditioning systems to meet service levels for client sites.

The role requires experience with pumps, motors and valves, and evaporative cooling systems, with a focus on safety, quality and timely fault resolution across client sites. Strong English communication is essential.

Formación

• Formal training in mechanical services maintenance is essential.
• Experience maintaining pumps, motors and valves.
• Experience operating evaporative cooling systems is desirable.
• Familiarity with health and safety obligations related to maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on Heating & Air-conditioning plant to meet SLAs.
• Perform reactive maintenance to keep plant in serviceable order.
• Ensure suitable spares are available for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance records (Frontline).
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for tasks.
